Climate change, environmental protection, sustainability – these topics are more than up to date and yet often remain abstract. How can we protect nature and the environment effectively? Why is the climate changing, and how does climate research work? Children and pupils can get to the core of these questions and much more at Explore Science. All activities in a total of 25 hands-on tents are free of charge and invite you to experience the world of science up close.

MARUM will be there with two hands-on stations on the topics of climate and the ocean and with workshops for schoolchildren and kindergartens.

Explore Science is open from Thursday, September 5 to Saturday, September 7, from 9 am to 5 pm.
