Together with Dierk Hebbeln, I am responsible for the MARUM Research Academy,
a support programme for researchers at MARUM.
The MARUM Research Academy offers
- Courses and trainings in science and transferable skills,
- Counselling / mentoring / personal and team coaching,
- Conferences / meetings / seminars,
- Career development,
- Public outreach projects, and
- Language classes.
I am also responsible for alumni relations, including events with and for former MARUM colleagues and our service of an @marum-alumni.de e-mail address.
