Abstract submission
Abstract preparation
Please use the template (below) to prepare your abstract, which should be maximum 1 page (figures and references included). The book of abstracts will be made available to conference participants and published on the conference website.
The acceptance and type of presentation will be decided based on the abstract. Authors will be notified in May.
Two presentation types are available
- Poster presentation (including a 1-min pitch)
- Oral presentation (12 min talk + 3 min questions)
Abstract submission
The deadline to submit an abstract is 1 April 2026
When submitting your abstract information, please indicate if you have a preference for the presentation type. During the submission process, you will also be asked to indicate in which of the conference themes your abstract fits best. This will help the review process and the management of sessions.
Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. We encourage authors to ensure their abstracts are complete and adhere to the formatting guidelines.
