The MARUM Research Academy supports supervisors, advisors and mentors of doctoral and postdoctoral researchers, ensuring they are well-equipped to guide the next generation of scientists.

• Guidance and Resources
  The Research Academy can provide resources to assist supervisors in supporting early career researcher development. We also inform about training offered by the university.
• Supervision Workshops
  Fostering networking and training for supervisors to share challenges, strategies, and best practices by building a collegial supervisory culture.
• Conflict Resolution and Mediation Support
  Supervisory relationships can be complex. The Research Academy offers confidential advisory services, coaching or mediation to assist supervisors and researchers in resolving misunderstandings or conflicts constructively.
