Supervision Workshop

Collaborative and Team-Based Supervision

In this workshop, we want to discuss practical strategies for fostering collaborative and team-based
approaches in (research) supervision. We will talk about challenges and best practices for building
supportive supervision teams and navigating the complexities of collaborative supervision in different
settings.
Topics could include

• Setting the floor/getting the project off to a good start,
• Monitoring progress,
• Effective and appreciative communication between all parties involved, and
• Collaborative problem solving in multidisciplinary projects.
